Wurkinstiffs make for great dress shirt appearance. I get comments in airports as well as questions on how my non button down collars look so good.

These are my go-to collar stays. They are long lasting, except for the fact I tend to lose things during moves and such, and I am pleased to be able to reorder them with such ease. The customer service is outstanding, also, by the way (in case you have to reach out to them as I did).

A co-worker had these and I always wanted them but didn’t remember the name to order. When I found it, I ordered them and could not be happier. They really make your presentation better - no more of the shirt collar slipping down below the suit jacket.

I really wanted to give it 3.5 stars. I love the range of sizes and the travel case. I don't feel that the all metal stays work as well as the plastic stays with a metal plate to attach the magnet. With that said, they work wnd still look better than traditional stays.

I do not have to wear a tie!

I wear open collar dress shirts all of the time. I hate when my collars spread out, fly away or lay flat. This creates a super clean / stand up collar look. Saved several shirts in my closet that I wasn’t wearing b/c I didn’t like the way the collars laid.

My workplace is going more business casual so I am wearing ties less often. I wasn't a fan of dress shirt collars without ties, but this solved the problem. Now my dress shirt collars do not look sloppy without a tie.

Magnets are strong and no issue with magnets coming loose throughout the day.

Worked great. Bought a set for each person on my Executive Board.

The magnets in the Workin Stiffs are a super duper magnetic and work hard keeping my shirts in place. But they’re a crazy bunch and might need some occasional organization and discipline, such as the Workin Stifs leather collar stay holder to keep their string magnetic forces from pulling them into some random and eccentric free form metallic sculpture .

A staple in your fit if you dislike the look of fly-away dress collars! Do not sleep on these stiffs, you won't be disappointed.

Were those the plastic stays? If so, I returned them because I like the metal stays and require my staff to wear them! I also like the metal only magnets because we don’t have to worry how we are placing the magnetic

Wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about the magnets but I absolutely love these. Wouldn’t think they’d make such a big difference but they do.
