I ussually never write these reviews, but for this one, I felt it necessary.
I ordered the 3 pack with the assorted lengths of the collar stays. The metal and quality of the stays, the pouch they came in, and the magnets are all A-1. However, two of the sizes of collar stays are WAY too long to put in any of the collars I have. Thus, I bought a pack of three, and I'm only able to use 1 set out of the 3.
If I were R&D, or QC, or whoever, I would reduce the size of the smallest stays by an 1/8", the medium stays by 1/4", the longest stays by 1/2". I have shirts from probably 10 different brands, with multiple different collars. The mediums won't fit in any of them (standard sized neck, etc.

I really wanted to give it 3.5 stars. I love the range of sizes and the travel case. I don't feel that the all metal stays work as well as the plastic stays with a metal plate to attach the magnet. With that said, they work wnd still look better than traditional stays.

I do not have to wear a tie!
I wear open collar dress shirts all of the time. I hate when my collars spread out, fly away or lay flat. This creates a super clean / stand up collar look. Saved several shirts in my closet that I wasn’t wearing b/c I didn’t like the way the collars laid.
My workplace is going more business casual so I am wearing ties less often. I wasn't a fan of dress shirt collars without ties, but this solved the problem. Now my dress shirt collars do not look sloppy without a tie.
Magnets are strong and no issue with magnets coming loose throughout the day.
Buttons and stays are great. Leather does not fold over easily to protect the stays when I travel
The things I get are gifts and everyone likes ves them.
